Sometimes, I think about where my own future house should be; in a city or in a village. I like to live in the two areas because they have many different interesting aspects. Therefore, I can’t make up my mind. After I compare the air, the technology and the schools of the two areas, I finally make a decision to live in a city.

The first thing I considered was the air. Both people from rural villages and city dwellers breathe the same air. But that is where the similarities end. The air in the village is purer and more serene then the air in the city because the village has a lot of plants and a few vehicles. Although the city which has a lot of business centers or factories would help to improve the standard of living, it also causes air pollution. Other reasons which cause air pollution are that the city usually has a lot of vehicles and people in the city cut a lot of plants to make way for commercial, industrial and residential buildings.

Then, I pay a lot of attention to the technology. The technology of the village is similar to the technology of the city. People who live in the two areas might have and use many different kinds of technology such as smart phones, Iphones, computers, laptops, etc. However, people who live in the city can have more opportunities to access to new technologies than people who live in the village. For instance, the new products are often sold in large stores of the city first so people in the city may have and use the new products earlier than people in the village.

The schools in the two areas have the most influence on my decision. Both the schools in the city and the schools in the village have similar standards of education and have many good teachers. However, the city has many schools which have excellent academic reputation, but it is less common in the village. In addition, the schools in the city have big libraries and a lot of pieces of equipment such as many computers, projectors, chemical laboratory equipment, etc. In contrast, the schools in the village usually have small libraries and might not have enough equipment.

In a nutshell, after taking everything into consideration, I think I made the right decision. My decision is that my future house will be in a city because I need to have a good and convenient location for my studies; in addition, I like to see or buy new products of technology as soon as they are released. Therefore, I believe that I will probably be happier if I live in a city.

Benefits Of City Life & Village Life

Village life represents to living lifestyle and condition of the rural people, but the city life represents the modernity and lifestyle of urban people. We can say that there is the huge difference between a village and urban life. Both city and village life have their own functional aim and objectives. Village life grants calmness, serenity, good environment, agricultural life to people. But city life provides modernity, education, good learning, and culture. If we talk about amenities and facilities, there is a wide gap between village and city life. But Villagers also enjoyed good and better life. The villagers also enjoyed comfort, solace, pleasure, and relief in their life. I tend to believe that village life and urban life have their functional motives and their objectives. I discuss my viewpoints in the upcoming paragraph.

From my perspective, In past era, people mostly like to live in villages and busy in agriculture and earn the good income. People usually occupied and engaged in agriculture in ancient times. But now in the modern era, the situation has been reversed. There has been more growth in industrial age, in a modern era. The urban population has been extended to the rural population and more people like to live in city area as compared to the village area.

Furthermore, there has been more growth and extension in city life and more facilities are available in city area so more people like to live in an urban area due to more facilities, convenience, and comfort as compared to village life. They get more satisfaction in live in city area as compared to the village area. More facilities of transportation and communication bring thousands of people together and closer to each other and they prefer to live in the city area. The growth and extension of the city and urban area have totally changed the mindset of people and people prefer urban life due to many reasons. There is a wide difference between the urban and village life with the more expansion and growth in an urban area.

Moreover, I have discussed the advantages and disadvantages of village life. In the villages, there is no din and noise and we can enjoy happy and peaceful life. There is a calm and quiet environment. We can enjoy nature. People enjoy there to look after their cattle, fields, and agriculture. People are very innocent, kind-hearted and religious. People enjoy pure air and free from environmental pollution life. They feel delighted and pleasure in worship god. On the flip side, there are no more educational facilities, transportation amenities. There are no good doctors or hospitals for the treatment of people. There is more illiteracy in village areas as compared to urban areas. People more believe in superstitions in village life. They indulge in illusions that distract them from the real life. People usually waste their time in idle gossips in villages.

Apart from that, City life is full of allure, enchantment, magic, fascination, and attraction. City life is more appealing to the people. There are huge facilities in cities such as magnificent building, shopping complexes, best colleges and educational facilities for common people. There are a lot of transportation are available.

We can easily move from one place to another with the help of good transportation. There is the huge difference in the lifestyle of urban people. They like to wear attractive dresses, adopt modernism that is totally absent from village people. All these things dazzle and appealing to the newcomers who enter the urban area. Moreover, habits and manners of urban people are different from villagers.

Urban people are more civilized and educated as compared to village people. There is more football and cricket matches, public meetings, and speeches by eminent personalities are organized in urban areas that these things are totally disappeared and absent from village life. On the flip side, city life is good for rich people. City life is more expensive and busy in their life. They do not have a single minute and they worked like a machinery to earn money and raise their standard of living.

In conclusion, we can say that City life is full of muddy lanes while a city is there are many streets and hundreds of huge houses and buildings, They are more skyscraper in city areas that touch the sky. Secondly, in a city area, there is the main market and large shops while in villages only a few shops are available to meet the requirements of the common people. Thirdly, there are few motor cars are available in villages while in city area there is good transportation facility, more vehicles are there, even people have their own cars to move from one place to another.

Finally, there are only standalone cinemas in villages but in a city area, more cinema malls, post offices, public buildings, Hence life in urban areas are full of entertainment and lot of choices. Our village economy is based on agriculture, The air is fresh and people are very innocent, and village area is free from smoke.

Difference Between Village Life and City Life

Difference Between Village Life and City Life!

It has been heard for ages that the lifestyle varies between a city and village. Definitely there is a great difference in the lifestyle among people living in villages and cities. Neither of them is above one another, but definitely has their own advantages and disadvantages.

It is considered that life in a city is almost equal to heaven and is wonderful and enjoyable. The reason behind such kind of thinking or feeling is only because, cities get expanded and more opportunities are made available for the people flooding in. New ventures, experiments and socializing happen in cities. The doors for each opportunity are more open in cities when compared to villages and therefore the facilities and comfort would be different from what you may find in villages.

Cities provide great facilities for education, medical treatments, job opportunities etc. which makes life more settled and takes it to the next level. The life led in a city is more enjoyable with the kind of amenities made available there.

However things are different in villages. Though the lifestyle is not as advanced as what you see in the cities, the culture and attitude of people are more warm and welcoming. They are more considerate and know each other in the village.

For any need or help you could definitely rely on your neighbors at any hour of the day. They are more friendly and more onto the traditional kind of practices and believes and are not gadget or tech savvy people. For them, the daily need to be met is itself taken as an enjoyment and all their works are dived and shared and helped by each other.

When coming to the kind of food habits that people of both these places follow; people living in cities are more vulnerable to many diseases because of their sedentary lifestyle and fast food intake. With inappropriate exercising and large intake of fast food, the fast moving crowd compromises on their health which would have to be heavily paid off later in life. However, in villages, people stick to the old homemade food habits and since transportation is still to be up to the mark, a lot of exercising happens and this helps them to remain fit and healthy in the long run.

Coming to the health of people in regard with pollution. Since cities are heavily populated and each member having vehicles, the amount of pollution is extremely high in cities and this has led to great amount of pollution and allergic diseases, even in small kids.

However, in villages the question of pollution does not come up to that level of what it is there in cities and hence fresher and less polluted air is available, which is good for both health and mind. People are more systematic and scheduled and get their work done by themselves rather than calling up or outsourcing the day to day household chores.

For more expansion and growth, one has definitely be at the cities as they have more opportunities that would help one grow professionally. However, to understand the moral values and culture of a state or a place, you definitely need to spent some part of your life in a village and also to enjoy and understand the beauty of nature in all its true colors and aspects. City life is mostly preferred by the youth and youngsters who love to be trendy, energetic and open to changes, while village life is opted by the elderly group who wish to have a peaceful life.
